Whereas we can't deliver large changes in scope that increase the workhours beyond what has been purchased, we will always do our best to accommodate smaller changes within your available budget.

We supply you with regular comprehensive timesheets, endearingly referred to as WorkHour statements.     When determining the timing of project delivery, we assume that you will be "actively responsive" to our ongoing requests for information. Being "actively responsive" means providing timely responses, preferably within the same or next business day. Untimely responses may result in increased delivery time compared to the initial estimate.
